We want each of our guests’ experience to be thoroughly enjoyable therefore no children under 12 are allowed in our facility unless invited to a special event. We appreciate your consideration to this policy. If you arrive with your children we will be unable to accommodate your appointment, however we will be happy to reschedule for a more convenient time for you. Please silence your cell phones and pagers and refrain from using them while in our facility. We are a non-smoking facility.                                                   Please let us know how we can enhance your personal experience.

Here at Orange Skye Day & Wellness Spa we offer both female and male therapists. If you have a personal preference be sure to let our front desk know at time of booking.

Our staff is committed to serving all of our guests at their scheduled appointment time. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your services are scheduled to commence so you can properly prepare for your experience. Guests unable to arrive on time or within 5 minutes of your scheduled time will either be asked to re-book for another time or your session will be cut short.

In order to accommodate all of our guests, we require a 24 hour appointment cancellation. For private events we require a 48 hour appointment cancellation. All services must be secured with a credit card.

Because of our intimate size cancellations affect us significantly. A 100% charge of total services cancelled will be charged to your credit card unless we are able to rebook appointments for that day. Thank you for your cooperation!

Gift certificates may be used for any services and products in Orange Skye (excluding gratuities). Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable; however we have a wide variety of gifts and services to suit everyone’s taste. Orange Skye Day & Wellness Spa’s gift certificates never expire. As long as we are here your gift certificate is valid. Gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
